Bulk Forming Simulation

Bulk forming process involving large deformation effects of materials such as Flow forming, Extrusion, Rolling, Wire drawing, Forging, etc are modeled to optimize various operating parameters of the process. A large material data is generated for this analysis and data for defects and geometry controls have been bench marked with experiments.
